Elvis BUCKWALTER

Associate professor at Université de Paris-Nanterre in Applied Foreign Languages, Elvis Buckwalter is a specialist in American civilization, cultural studies, and business studies, with over 25 years’ experience in teaching and research in France and the United States. He is member of the Centre de Recherches Anglophones (CREA - EA 370). He is also a professional trainer at CTI (Centre de Techniques Internationales) and at CESCI (Centre d'Etudes Supérieures du Commerce International).

He is the author of several articles and books including Business Communication Toolbook (Eyrolles, 2013), Booster son anglais professionnel (Eyrolles, 2020), La Civilisation Américaine (Pocket, 2022) and Covid-19, Communication and Culture: Beyond the Global Workplace (Routledge, 2022).

His research in cultural studies currently focuses on issues linked to intercultural communication. He also works on subjects pertaining to contract law and corporate social responsibility.
