Eugenia Palieraki is a tenured Associate Professor in Latin American Studies at the Cergy Paris University (CY). She was a visiting scholar at Princeton University, at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile (PUC) and at the Ecole Normale Supérieure (ENS) in Paris. Her research interests focus on the Latin American “New Left” during the 1960s and the 1970s, and more recently, on Latin America and the Third World in the Cold War era. She is the author of a series of articles in peer-reviewed journals and book chapters on the history of Latin American and European revolutions. Her monograph ¡La revolución ya viene! El MIR chileno en los años 1960 was published by LOM Ediciones in Chile in 2014. She is one of the authors of Révolutions. Quand les peuples font l'histoire, published by Belin in France in 2013. She regularly collaborates with Greek newspapers on current Latin American events.
